    If i take a jodi flat on rent then how is hra computed. one flat is owned by husband and one by wife but both combined into one 3 bhk



    1. so hra can be claimed on one flat only or both the flats.
    2. do i need two seperate agreements

        I think it should have more to do with the law than with taxes. Is this correct?

          i think you will need further advice but in my opinion it should be separate or a document confirming the merging of the 2 apartments
