Which term is more used in India, - "Immovable Property" or "Real Estate" or perhaps "Immovable Estate"?

  • I guess, we use all these terms however, "Real Estate" is most common one. Immovable property is also relevant but predominantly used in USA and Canada. Above all I think “Realty” is all about immovable property so “Real Estate”, “Immovable Property”, or “Immovable Estate” (however heard this for the first time:D) means the same
