Am Suraj Sadanandan residing in central suburb in Mumbai. Have purchased a flat 6 months ago. The land on which the project is done is taken on lease by the developer from a company. Would like to know if the conveyance deed would be done between the developer/builder and the members (after the society is formed) as the land is leased to the builder by the company. Is it possible? Are we, the future sociery members are required to pay lease rent to the original company.
