In the current Financial crisis , the housing finance Companies allow the home loan borrowers to opt bi-monthly repayment. This mode is accepted in developed countries and in this the Monthly EMI will be split in to two equal payment and payable every 15days. Banks Burden also reduing, since every 15days, the money is getting into bank and for borrowers, overall years and net payment will be reduced. Why not banks opt this system, whoever wants to accept bi-monthly mode. at least for mortgage loans, the banks can adopt this mode.
