Do you guys know of the procedure to go through for securing commercial Real estate finance / loan from banks or NBFC?
I am finding it difficult to even speak to someone who knows about commercial real-estate financing let alone get any banks to approve it.
Residential properties have rows of banks lining up to give loans but that doesn't seem to be the case for commercial real-estate.
Help!!!!
