    It's true that the rentals on property are not equal even with the general bank interest rates but there is the brighter side to look here..

    The capital values of the good properties soar like anything. Look at the people who have chunks of land bought at "reasonable" prices at potential locations.

    Moreover, it's a matter of long term investment to gain in real estate.

    As legendary investor Warren Buffet says "Invest only if you could be comfortable with your decision if the markets close for the next 10-15 years"

    So, you have to identify the right piece of land and let the market forces work for you. Here however expecting overnight windfall gains can be painful.

    Besides, buying property in an overheated market can be risky and one has to be very cautious.

    But, your right moves bring you suitable rewards too. Investing into real estate is not that gloomy. Keep yourself informed of the markets and be optimist !!!
