on the other hand
Gr Noida has all the best possible infra best location for people working in Noida still the prices have not seen any appreciation after we adjust the inflation or cost of capital.
There are many examples everywhere - Calling everyone to share their inputs if in Indian perspective it is Location Location location which matters or Population Population population which matters even more !
