Hi all,

Has anyone taken or planning to apply for BoB home loan. Their home loan looks attractive with following features

1> RoI: 8.75 for loan upto 30Lakhs (floating)
2> Free property and personal insurance
3> Low processing charges Max 15000 (not sure if legal fees are included as a part of this)
4> No prepayment penalty if paid from personal sources.

Bank of India has similar clauses but the RoI is 9.25 for similar duration

Appreciate feedback with valuable inputs experiences

Thanks in advance,

  • Hi hitmady,

    Thanks for input.

The stamp duty that you had to pay would be for mortgage deed if I am correct.

So roughly how much did it take for you to get loan process done.

    Thanks in advance,
    Sameer
