    I Have planned to buy a flat on Apartment at Erode. The seller missed parent documents of 1) Sale Deed execited during1993 registered for undived share of land 2) General Power registered during 2010. But the Seller have is Sale deed registered on 2010.

    Clarification sought

    1) The seller applied for certified copy of documents with SRO and got it. is it legaly enough or he must file a FIR for missing parent documents and to get non traceable certificate and to proceed for advertise on newspaper.

    2) He have property tax receipt and EB receipt on her name. But Patta has not been transfred from previous buyer to his name. If i buy that property for transfering patta on my name whether certificed copy of parent documents enough.
