    Hi all, I am part of a joint ownership of a residential property for over 40 years. The property has been sectioned in two perfectly equal halves for each owner.
    I now wish to sell my part of the property for which I require an NOC from my partner in accordance with the municipality rules. But he refuses to do so.
    Is there any legal process under which I might be able to seek intervention from a higher authority in solving this issue?
    any help will be greatly appreciated
