1. What is the permitted FSI in the R-Zone?
2. Do we need NA certification for plots already designated in R-Zone by MMRDA?
3. Approximately how much time MMRDA takes to approve a plan?
4. Approximate what is the expenditure required to take such an approval?
I would be highly if any one can answer these questions.
