There is a big shopping mall coming up on NH58 near vaishali / vasundhara with the name called Europark.. The mall is almost 90% ready and the fit-outs are going to start in next 3 months.. Total lea sable space is approx 1 million which is more than that of Mahagun Mall and Pacific...
They have already tied up with Reliance which is coming up with a Huge Hypermart of 1.25 Lakh sq feet.. they have hotel, banquet hall, a 3 screen multiplex and office space as well in the same mall.. Some other Brands have also been tied up...
What are you views on this mall..The Retail leasable area should be around 5-6 Lakh sq feet after removing hotel, banquet and office space..

I got it's Location..... this is just with in 1 KM distance from Vaishali Metro Station near Country Inn & Suites. Yes I have seen that it's structure is completed and looking very very beautiful. Great location, good for investment.
well none of them r comparable to this mall in size also the location is really good.Furthermore if the above information is correct and reliance is opening a hypermarket it's going to be a huge crowd puller.but only time can tell if it's going to be a success or not.
