Plot in Morti Village Near to Raj Nagar Extension

Dear
M purchase 500,sqyard land in morti village rajnagar ext. in khasra no 942/ 947/948 as per dealer this land in under process of land use conversion in residential (143) from SDM. can u please help me it is good investment for me or not, & the status of this land.

i think i have seen the notification of ghaziabad authority where in it was advised not to purchase such plots they may demolish construction on it.

search authority site for this

Here you can go . that land is also coming in green bleat as per GDA master plan 90% Risk is there.

Could you pl help me in deciding whether to buy plot in Tirupati Garden (khasra no 136) at 15000 per sq yard located in Ator village on Bhatta road 5 around three KM from NH 58. Is it in green belt, R Zone? If none than what zone? Colonizer has got the land use converted as non agricultural by SDM in 2012. Pl answer.

This is really not worth to buying in 15k. You can get this in 8 to 10 k max. Also this is to much inside from NH-58 and not good connectivity also. Do not put your money those kind of project. Land coming under green seems but they have converted 143.if you are getting under 7 to 10 K per SQ yard then ok.
