New Near RTM Society Flats in Vaishali are now very cost, they are in the range of 5200 PSF to 6200 PSF rate as per society/plc/floor/distance from metro.

Even in few years Old Resale Society flats of Vaishali, it is not less then 4500 PSF in any of the sector.

Thanks saurabh. How u see prices in vaishali by December 2012. Which is best society in the area in terms of nearness to metro and other amenities.

availability seems too low in vaishali ... development should move to Vasundhra ... hence prices shall keep on increasing in vaishali area. News like broadening of NH24 will boost it even more.

I myself dont like the area due to high congession in rainy season and traffic during peak hours, but this will not impact much if I compare it with things in N-E delhi.

current price of pearl court vaishali?

hey guys ...wht du think is the current price for 3bhk 1900 - 1950 size apartments in pearl court , ramprastha greens vaishali...

Widening of NH24 will impact Indirpuram prices and I dont think that Vaishali prices will be impacted by this. People usually go to Vaishali via taking a left at UP Gate (NH 24) and the proposed widening of NH24 is from UP Gate onwards. Though there is a entry to Vaishali from Abhay Khand (Gaur Green Avenue), but I dont think that majority of people take that route to go to Vaishali ..

Many people commute daily from Vaishali to Noida offices with NH-24 widening Vaishali will also get benifit so rates there will also move UPWARDS

What are the current rates in sector 1 and 2 for plots

should be around 120K psm .
