Neha ji , you mean 2 to 8 months more for approval, ohhhhhhhhhh. i have booked in red homez in initial launch, what could i do except waiting.... when you booked in red homez?
In my earlier post some 3/4 days back, i asked for meeting at builder place. i was thinking at least 10 person who are active here, will unite ..... and we will go to builder office to know his response about red homez approval.. i am still waiting .. nobody responded me.
Sam i booked this long time back , when there were inside talks of the project , i got information from some sources.
And if we meet builder what do think he is gonna tell? same old thing "we will get approval by next month end" nothing new.
All we have to do is , keep track of updates on RNE as a whole , we need to see progress of other projects , if others projects are getting new approvals and Manju is not getting then only problem occurs , if no body is getting the approvals , then no point questioning the builder.
If nobody is getting approval then how can residency got it? We know that it is difficult to get approval now a days and I think it is more difficult for red homes. Guys, picture will clear after 1-2 years. My suggestion is that those who have booked earlier (Aug 2012 to Oct 2012) will be get benefit and those who booked after this should be invest in other projects.
projects are getting approval from GDA but at very slow speed ,
today one more project UNINAV got approvAL ,that approval was also pending from last 1.5-2 yrs ,so guys no more option other then waiting ,problem is approved project price is too high now and what project are not approved that is similar story as RED HOMEZ.but who have booked jan 2013 onwards they can find same or little less price,
GDA only just started giving the approval from last 1-2 months only and now those projects which were pended from last 1-1.5 years are getting approvals...so at least things started otherwise GDA hold every thing in raj nagar ext...
Red still around 8 months now and may take a few more and but I hope that in May, we get some good news and remember this project is huge one.. and yes no doubt who brought in early phase before oct 2012 will get huge return...but still those who invested later stage will also get huge benefits only thing is when...but now rate are so much in approved projects or even some nonapproved ones also that it looked stupid to invest in those when u look at the price at which u invested in red and this has becoming sort of problem with us....neither u can take it and neither u can leave it...
So keep ur hope alive and keep ur finger crossed ..shayad chamatkar ho jaye..otherwise we will not get anything now in this rate....(early investors)....let us see till when one can stand..
Dear All, today in dainik jagran(GZB Edition), a news published regarding BCCI wants to build a stadium in Raj Nagar Etn. GDA has taken initiative and find out a 30 acre land in Noor Nagar area of Raj Nagar Extn. Very soon GDA officials will be visiting to see the land. My point ! Is it that land as per GDA master plan 200 acre land oppsite RED HOMEZ and Medow vista and moti regidency . Kindly share if anybody find somthing more regarding this....
This news is published on page no.15 of Dainik Jagaran. Noor Nagar is situated in the heart of main Rajnagar Extension, very close to Gaur Cascades and Classic Residency. The rates will increase if it executed. Red Homes will not get such benifit as it is very far from Noor Nagar, after all it is positive news.
Nobody known the real location of this but it is there somewhere so let us see.. as far as red is concerned, there is already a very huge sport complex/entertainment zone is there very next to it ..so even if this stadium is not there.. even then somethign very big will come up there..and so as that connection to NH58 road..
Plus one more point is that on the other side of this huge complex there is land of Mr. Yadav itself..so anything can happan....this second part of raj nagar ext will be best in future just look at mastar plan of GDA guys..the thing which must be of concern to us is that when red will get approval and how this project comes out ...otherwise location wise, it is far better than main raj nagar....and now who knows raj nagar even may have it own film city....
