BTW What is the possession date said by company & will be actually of your flat.... There are several members who are looking for this size 2 BHK with in this budget in RNE.

possession is expected to be given in 2.5 years and there are news of coal India booked 200 flats (could be dealers gimmicks) but property is decent in this price as they are going to handover pahse 1 in diwali and next in a years time. best part is all flats are 3 sides open . . . 24.58 in CLP seems good to me. . . they have a commercial block in beginning which is fully sold

the project is in the lane, left side from KDP Savanna....somehow the location does not appeal much...

Vishal - Yes thatprice was all inclusive but there is an increase of 100 rs from last month.

As long as location is concerned ... go and check yourself ..i feel the best in this price range ....rest is again your judgement and choice..

I booked this one for my brother due to very tight budget and i find it worthy . . .

(1) Location is good.
(2) Having shops inside the society.
(3) Towers are not located on main road, so no noise & Air pollution.
(4) A tower is almost RTM (max by this Diwali), Tower D by next July13.

Yes I feel this is a good location as near to gol-chakker but not at main road to have all noise . . . ..first select the KM but later dropped that due to few reasons.

I feel this is the perfect in this PRICE.

dpkmjn2012 - You booked in which tower and which floor ? How many PLC's were there for your flat ?
