At the current price this is a steal - regarding the old complaints and all try to find out the exact status whether the NOC was received or not. The issue is people here want to pay the cheapest price and want to buy a Taj Mahal or compare with some other product which is of much higher price. How about new builder called Chintel selling price (new launch would be 5500) and people still buying and making lot of money. On the same location Assotech is launching at 5100 rs in April.
