Abhay,

Metro is not required. Havent u heard of National Capital Region Transport Corporation?

The logistics work has already started for high speed train connectivity for 3 corridors in NCR (delhi -alwar, delhi - meerut and the third was delhi - sonepat route I guess)

Well after election, most prob NDA would be in power and if Modi gets a shot, the project might complete in record time.

IF NDA comes in power, they might shelve off all UPA projects.. This could be the possibility also.

Highway projects prices will always be higher ..as u go inner prices will keep on dropping......coonectivity has always been they key to prices...better approach better prices..dlf express green shud be in very gud demand once possession starts..just check bad socities r selling at 85 lakhs for 1900 sqft in IMt Manesar..so ideally dlf and privta ebuilder shud sell at 30-40% up seeing gurgaon trends..

I agree that the projects on the highway will command more premium compared to other projects located far away from the highway. The only drawback the project currently has is the kherki dhula toll. The moment any real affirmative positive news comes for its removal we can expect a good jump in the prices. ...................

I just read that people are getting offers for 3900 in AR Madelia. One of the reasons being quoted for price escalation is that DLF Express Greens is beginning to take shape. Does that mean EG should also be atleast 3900 or is it still expected to be around 3200-3300 like some of the members suggested couple of weeks ago?
