Does anybody has any Idea when Haldiram Toll Plaza is Going to Move?

Once breach of contract is established and the contract ends/made to end anything can happen..

some highly connected people operating here would have a better idea as $100s of mn are at stake..
Out here its just a question of how wild you can make your imagination work where so much investments and reputation is at stake..

Nahin samajh aati to yeh ke kahana???

waise uski parwah bhi nahin hai for the time being till things move.

Honestly, their are two things which are the landmarks of gurgaon.. Signature tower which was built by DLF (now realing under a penalty of 630cr) second is the expressway by DGS...(now being served notice regarding irregularities).

Phewff.. a tough one
Honestly mate, my basic nature is not to give speculative views

Property is definitely dependent on certain factors and moving of tall would surely add value to NH8 and 8x properties..there are some arguments for and against in this calculation but it is too early and cannot be based purely on the basis of some news item.. Many times newspapers just create hype and sensationalise some aspects of truth so that a distant things appear very near and vice versa.

In this case they appear rather near

Now if this actuallly happens, over a matter of 1 yr reasonably, it will have a material impact on the valuation of all inventory on the NH8 and 8X and probably 9x sectors as well..

read some news item that two tolls on a road as per NHAI policy cant be within 60 odd kms.. with that logic maybe toll goes beyond Rewari!!!
But practically there is no rule of law and things happen at the whims and fancies of those who control it..this is not specific to India but universal truth.

Again I have some understanding which is firming my beliefs now and hopefully future is going to be good for this area.. lets wait for some more facts to come in public domain.. for now a large sum of money is being claimed in the charges against the contractual agency, which better be true otherwise courts can even delay the matter till eternity. Certainly this is such a productive venture for the investor of eway, that he will not let go off so easily.. best way would be a trade off of some kind.. so that dway can be developed at superfast speed to........

Certainly anything can happen, if they do away with the contract and legal terms and conditions on the basis of FRAUD mentioned in the notice handed over to the party.

The news item mentions the word F R A U D

Brother, this word is never used/selectively used in any government letter and definitely not done without any legal justification..

also have been included possible mention of financial embezzlement, as it appears from the news item, which is sufficient enough cause for discontinuation of any agreement.

Finally, the discomfort and lack of amenities is obvious to one and all and are definitely verifiable.. kabhi 6pm pe weekdays main ja ke dekha hoga aapne to you will agree..

The movement of toll towards Manesar will be a big change for sure but doesn't look easy in spite of all this news and unrest.

1. DSC maintains NH8 highway till 42.7 mark and current toll plaza is at 42 km mark.
Delhi Gurgaon Expressway

2. NH8 starting from 42.7 km mark till 273KM is maintained by Pick CIty Expressway under a different contract.
Pink City Expressway

Unless both the sections are maintained by same company under a single contract, toll movement looks very tough. But we can definitely expect better toll managemnt and less traffic chaos after the current unrest shown by public and administration.

Thanks for the info.. just curious how did you came to the figure that NH8 toll is at 42 km mark.. Distance between Ambi mall toll and NH8 is definitely less then 42 km..

NH8 doesn't start from Ambience Mall but from Dhaula Kuan and so is the markings.

Yeah I read this line but not able to find total length of the road managed by them as mentioned by you is 42.7 km.. can you point it where is that written.. if this is the case then it is very difficult to move toll..

that is right but there is a law that you cannot have 2 tolls within 60 km or so.. in this case both tolls are managed by same operator then it seems to be clear cut violation I guess..
