That's really a good news, finally the effort and worth of forming the association is coming out to be fruitful. Hope they will stick to this date now and will not show any more tantrums. Also it's a good idea to have a draft of BBA knowing the cunningness of this builder.
BTW have they posed some minimum payment condition for doing BBA or they have agreed to all our previous demands and are ready to do BBA with all who have made payments 20% or more?

Lalit Ji,

This is a good news or not only time will tell. After 1 month landmark will ask for another 20 days and then another 10 days and so on and then refuse. Association was formed in march about 2.5 months back. Till date nothing concrete has happened. Going by past experience we cannot trust landmark and waste another 2-3 months. APPROACHING COURT/ CCI/ CONSUMER REDRESAL FORUM/ANY OTHER GOVT. AUTHORITY IS THE ONLY OPTION AGAINST THIS CHEAT BUILDER.

from the past experience you are absolutely right. in the past also devender Pandey has made so many false commitments. But we have to move as per the majority members decision.
In the meantime the members are receiving mails through various brokers regarding its Sector 81 Project. One of such mails is as below :

I just quoted one mail of a broker sent to me by one of our member. No where i have recommended in favour of Landmark. I just requested the member to oppose this Pre Launch of Landmark through all possible means until all our issues are resolved by this Builder. Due to sincere efforts of few members the association is registered and Landmark is feeling the heat of our union. Don't confuse the members by passing these remarks when you cann't do anything to strengthen the association
