Actually different things are being told by different people. The things which I'm sure of are:
1. Indiabulls was simply waiting for Godrej launch. Once godrej officially launches in aug 1st week. Indiabulls will launch probably within 1 month.
2. Indiabulls securities and commodities is not doing good. Hence, they have asked those people to help in sales of real estate. Its is happening now also with neemrana project.
3. Real estate marketing guys would not open their mouth to public unless they have confirm info from their boses.
4. Indiabulls would surely involve brokers and underwriters.
It's a project which has been waited for very long by all investors. Hope to see breaking shackles soon.
Actually now the story will change. People will be invested in godrej. Indiabulls will come at higher price than godrej. Hence, there will be mixed sentiments in market. Earlier the sentiments were mostly favorable.
As these projects are being launched after a good gap of time and people who had made good money on DEW in last one year, this seems to be the next big oppurtunity for them as well as new investors. Hope this rise continues.
Actually IBREL property may turn out to be much better than Godrej's one for a few reasons (all already discussed in the thread though!)
1. the location of IBREL Juventus is better than Godrej Summit. Summit is surrounded by village/unauthorised colony and rail track while IBREL is on the highway (mean after the green belt)
2. The specifications for IBREL will be much better than Godrej's. Godrej summit was planned as an affordable project which inturn has been touted as "Affordable Luxury"! while IBREL Juventus has always been a luxury project more inline with enigma.
3. construction in most of the IBREL proeprties are also going on satisfactorily
While Godrej sells because of his name (and it will for sure), IBREL also has its merit on location/specs/execution.
