Hi Nishant,
I have visited the site yesterday. Work is in progress. Plaster of some towers is going on and they are putting grills on balconies on other towers.
Work was stopped for 6 months and started again few months back.
I am thinking of Investment for max two years.
I am getting the above mentioned price. What do you say.

Not clear how much you are getting - the BSP and are you planning for resale or fresh booking in VIPUL Lavanya

Can you show some facts about what you have posted? Could you let me know when the work stopped for 6 months at Vipul Lavanya? I'm a flat owner there and from past 8 months I'm consistently getting the requests to pay as per construction.

Further one of my other friend owns a flat there since its soft launch and the work is in progress and never stopped so it would be great if you could let us know when the work stopped?

I am getting Original Booking in Antriksh Heights Sector 84.
2+1 BHK ~ 1350 sqft : BSP Rs. 3575 psqft.

work was never stopped in Vipul Lavanya.
I am taking this thing about Antriksh Heights Sec 84.

Personally, I would refrain from investing in Antriksh. You see, the plastering can go on for ever........ The danger with the project is that it is lagging for some reason, it might lag in future for the same reasons. If you have some concrete information that it will be delivered in two years & u r ok with the quality and branding, then go ahead. After 5 years, all projects in this are should be showing similar trend of appreciation. 2 years, can be dicey.

vmalhotra Ji, how is the construction work progressing at Madelia ? Is the work going on smoothly ? Some people have an apprehension that there r some issues ( look at the article ) & the construction work is not progressing/ has been stopped or has slowed down .

vmalhotra Ji, i quite agree with your assessment . Madelia is grossly under priced . One reason could be the Manesar address & an major reason could be that the overhype & madness currently inflicting GGN has not yet traveled to Manesar .
