Not many projects are underway on NH8. Those handful are, they all are good resale options. Namely, Emmar Palm Hills, Godrej Frontier and Canary.
Only omitted project is Atlantis (its too old now, appreciation built in, no triggers).
On the other side of NH8, except Vatika, no other builder has an entry gate from NH8. This part of NH8 will take its due course.
Vipul Lavanya at 2900/3000 / Emmar palm hill at 3500/3600 & Nothing else..
if Bestech and emmar could sail through with their price of 4000/-+,
best resale option would be Vipul lavanaya now around 3000+ if available,
as these builder are of similar grade and one km here and there does not matter much once sector roads are made as we can see in sohna road.vipul will also catch up with those price sooner than later.
