Delhi Election Results will affect Noida Realty!? Vote!

Dear fellow forum mates,

We all know that India needs a good regulator for RE. Only a good government can make a good governing body for RE in india.

Delhi elections are round the corner. Arvind Kejriwal, a former IIT kharagpur graduate and an IRS, after creating ripples thorugh anna andolan is making his political debut to "Clean the System". Atleast he claims that (Im trying to be unbiased here)

Who will you vote for in this election, what impact will it have on Noida Realty.

Share guys.

See, if Congress is thrown out of Delhi then in 2014 they will lose too. This is a must for the country's wellbeing. These guys have screwed the economy enough. My vote would be for BJP. They may do a good job under Modi since they would wanna think long term in regards to being in power. If they win then they would want to capitalize on it and that would start with reviving the economy. The country has given congress enough opportunities and I guess it's time to test BJP. Worse case scenario, they may turn out like congress. But if not then they would do justice to the country. Atleast there is a hope whereas with congress even that doesn't exist. I wouldn't vote for Arvind simply because all that his party may end up doing is divide votes which would benefit congress. And I doubt he can get a majority in the Delhi elections.
The impact on noida re would be visible after the 2014 elections. Positive vibes would be there if the government is non congress. Anyways, my views which surely would have some not agreeing too. That's fine after all we are talking politics here.

Pandey ji,
Majority of the people think what you think. Paid media has imbibed these thoughts in our mind.
BJP lost thrice in Delhi.
1998, 2003 and 2008.
Without any AAP.
Can BJP win in delhi under the leadership of Vijay Goel?

Exactly. The only thing BJP is lacking in Delhi is a good candidate for CM. Last time they offered Vijay Kumar Malhotra and now it seems it will be Vijay Goel. Both are not worth it. But the fact is that most people (including me) see BJP as d only alternative for Congress. I dont consider Arvind as an option at all as he is oversmart and will go to the Party getting most seats in case no one gets majority. Wish BJP offers some good candidate for Delhi CM Post. BJP has good candidates like Arun Jaitley, Sushma Swaraj etc. Why cant they consider Delhi CM post rather than being nothing in Centre?

If Congress looses in Delhi then it will the best thing for Noida as Congress has least interest in the development of UP as it has very little at stake in this state in terms of votes/seats.

DMRC will be freed from the grip of congress and metro could accelarate to Noida. BJP has more stakes in UP.

Rajeev ji,
Arun Jaitley supported Srinivasan and Rajeev Shukla along with Mayappan.
Arun jaitley is the president of Delhi Cricket Association.
Why do we say arun jaitley and sushma swaraj are good leaders?
Arun jaitley isnt even an MP from Lok Sabha. he lost his election and was nominated to Rajya Sabha.
How can you say he is a good leader?
Why dont they support RTI on political parties?
