Emails are doing rounds about Indicity, supposedly owned by Fire group and Grassfield Residency, a project with little progress for last 4-5 years. This is to be launched, about 40 kms from Jaipur on Ajmer expressway.

I recently came to know that prices in Indicity have increased from 2700 Rs./sq. yds. to 3200 Rs./sq. yds.
Infact the 250 ft road from M&M SEZ Bagru is slated to meet Ajmer highway after mahalan and before Indicity.
My local friends have been telling me that government approved plots are available behind Indicity for 2200-2000 Rs./sq. yds. Please let me know what do you think about it?
Hi, Yes its true that the prices for Indicty has been revised from 2700 to 3200 / sq yds. But looking at the following USP's of the project I think there is still a good scope of Increase and bringing the price level closer to the prevailing resale price points of Vatika i.e. INR 5000 - 6000 sq yds in next 12 months. The USP's of this project are :-
1) Location of the project - Bang on the Highway, close enough to DMIRC corridor as well as direct connectivity to Mahindra SEZ through proposed road.
2) Direct access from the highway (no other project on highway has the same including Vatika.),
3) All govt approvals including the Environmental clearance (which no body else like Vatika, EMMAR etc at Ajmer highway has).
4) Kind of development envisaged / already done by Fire capital at other sites like Silver Springs, Indore or The EMPYREAN, Bangalore.
5) Closest to the dam ensuring the high ground water level
6) The kind of anchors planned.
7) Already operational separate grounds for Cricket and Football.
BTW just few days back my Jaipur broker told me that Mcdonalds has signed up for the Indicity and coming up with a Highway outlet within the township. If this is true then this will be a huge positive for the price points like the way we have seen appreciation at Gurgaon Highway or at Karnal post Mcdonalds setting up of its outlet. This might be a game changer with the potential price points going up-to the same level of 8000- 10000 sq yds as of EMMAR MGF ( which is almost 8 kms away from the Highway).
ANY UPDATE ON THE INDICITY...., Heard that the prices are again getting revised with no more inaugural discount of INR 200/- sq yd.
Yes they are still offering INR 200/- sq yard discount. I have been to Indicity on 12th January and booked one 153 Sq yard plot at Vindhya @3200/sq yard..Only few plots are available in Shivlik @3000/sq yard...We also need to pay for maintenance charges of Rs. 30,000/- for 3 years and 25000 for club membership fees at the time of possession. They have also confirmed that Mcdonalds is coming in Indicity..
