why not TATA,SOBHA,MAHENDRA,GODREJ etc are launching their projects in Kundli like New Gurgaon? I meant this..
just check the reputation of TDI in Gurgaon, you will get fair idea what reputation it holds...

just check the reputation of TDI in Gurgaon, you will get fair idea what reputation it holds...

We r talking about region not builder we stay in village but reality rates are higher then bhiwadi / dharuhera why ?

That's not related to my post.. why do you come out with returns and rates talks every time when you have no answer to the post?

By the way, I never said Kundli is a village.
In fact once I had asked,"what is kundli? City?Town? District?,Village?". none replied..
don't forget to consider rates of Omaxe and Parsvanath? they are in Kundli too while considering rates..... Dharuhera plots rates are not on lower side..

No there is not.. and won't be in near future also
Bhiwadi and Palwal are not competing with Gurgoan and Delhi by the way..

Dhaurhera mein HUDA ke bhi plots hai.. they are on much higher side
Bestech plots rate is around 27000 in resale..

Rohtak/sonipat is d futuristic core area of Haryana govt you will see many project in this area .

its how you see as things

Per say those who purchased property in GGN 8-10 years earlier now you can u/s the growth !

So one sld not come forward with comments this is bad ? Or right ....
