Awas Vikas has launched new scheme on sultanpur road ( awadh vihar yojna )..Can anybody tell me is there any scope of premium,it is near to ansals sushant golf city and very close to amar shaheed path ... Expert advice is highly appreciated..

Not an expert..my pov..location is pretty nice just adjacent to sgc which is in advance stage and connecting to shaheed path directly...hence airport & gontinagar both will be few minutes drive only...good schools like dps & lps are very nearby & operational....the scheme looks nice as an integrated township with good security and a 5 star hotel in the complex itself..
Having said above, I think they cod also launch plotting scheme soon which may have better returns in terms of investment...the only apprehension I have is locking of ur money as in dd form for a period of 3-6 mons w/o any surety..
No doubt location is excellent but prices are very higher side, looking at the place like Lucknow where multi-story flat culture is not popular and lots of other options available..
Prices are somewhere near to new launches in Noida sorrounding area, where appreciation is high, buyers are more and great chances of rental income. However, investing in plot would make more sense in Lucknow.
Provided my points, choice would be yours...
