IT city and sec-88/89 of GMADA development wise both are currently at same initial stages. The plots are getting in land pooling 17.5K psy in IT city and 23K psy in sec-88/89 of 200 yards plot ( cheaper than arocity and ecocity).
Experts: Please advise which option could be better for investment for around 3 years.

But location wise sec-88/89 are better with residential point of view. And in IT city residential part could take much more time to develop and end user may not prefer to reside there due to its separate outside location.
On the other hand I also think that the price of sec-88/89 could further fall then that time could be the right time to buy.
Anybody Please give your views, it will be highly appreciable?
