I gone through Ansal Sushant City Karnal at this

Investment advise in Haryana

Given your time period and budget..Best option can be of going for a plot in Chd city Karnal..Which is bang on NH-1..Its a integrated township with sound planning..With all modern amenities in its kitty, have the potential of giving a rich return in a span of 4-5 years as current prices are quite low given the potential of township..13000-17000 per sq. yard.. You can go for a 250 sq yard plot?(resale unit)..In Chd city possession of floors, villas and plots have already been given..Prices in Huda secors are in range of(35000-60000)

I feel that right now, best option would be to invest in Ansal API because of ability to provide rich return in 3-4 years and in 6 month they will be providing possesions. This township is located next to NH1 and is located very close to City( near to sector 4 and 5) which is a big plus whereas CHD City is close to 10 kms far from city.

Hi Guys, I have a super premium corner location 250 SqYd plot in Ansal API and willing to sell it... The possession has been provided already so you can even start your building next day of purchase.. Will be updating the price soon after getting the current status of the market..
