I feel that right now, best option would be to invest in Ansal API because of ability to provide rich return in 3-4 years and in 6 month they will be providing possesions. This township is located next to NH1 and is located very close to City( near to sector 4 and 5) which is a big plus whereas CHD City is close to 10 kms far from city.
