Hey Guys,
I am new to this forum, i have a little doubt on the project, As my both agents advised me not to invest due to some issues with the land.

plus the sales people are using the refund policy with 15% interest as a tool to sell, which again sounds fishing.

I am not sure, but i need suggestions to make a a decision.

which project is your agents advicin u to invest in? Agents selling riyo will find short comings in that project. No project is perfect. Its u, who has to decide, takin in consideration what ur priorities are, like rates, location, delivery date, builder's reputation, etc.

If you are so unsure and both your agents advised you not to invest, please don't do so. This is not the project for you, look elsewhere.

Can you be more specific on the point. What info your agents have shared with you. Is there a problem/Litigation on the land of Phase 2?

When the land is under is under litigation nobody knows how much time it is going to be settled. Nobody knows the reasons of litigation. Builder should be clear to buyers. Did the builder gave reasons? Did you check with owner of land? did you try to get"Search Report"?. one can get"search report" through a lawyer. I prefer to buy once all the papers are clear and can be verified. Many are taking the risk when land is not on builder name and under litigation. No permissions and no land on builder name and may be more hidden problems than what builder is telling. Why to give money to builder or book a flat in this present situation?
