I am interested to buy a property in kandivali or borivali. I recently visited site for bhoomi legend and had a chat with the sales person. I asked everything regarding the project and found out that it is an SRA project.
When I enquired in nearby locality, I came to know that its work had stopped and had started sometime back only.
Sales person told me that they(bhoomi group) had acquired it from some other builder and when I researched on net, I found that the address is same i.e. plot 163 A, hanuman nagar. And i guess it is the same address for vedic heights project and I found out on this forum that there was some issue with the vedic heights project.
Please keep away from this project Bhoomi Legend - i had evaluated this project in Jan 2011 - firstly this is SRA meaning the neighbors will previous tenents of that plot of land. The neighborhood is not up-market and the probability of this place cleaning-up in near future is remote.
the only advantage this place has is close proximity to highway and walkble to rly stn.
permissions and approvals will take long as it's SRA project, so why go for a SRA project which is already struggling to keep pace of work going. Better to stay away and go for something decent (and maybe costly) - atleast u have the assurance the project will complete on-time (or little delay)
try Raheja Reflections in Thakur Village or Lokhandwala Lemon Tree in Kandivali East.
if u have a gud budget than Bhoomi Flora nr Sanjay Gandhi Nat. Park is the best located project.
