Can somebody tell me that what should be the Road setback claim, for instant the society has surrendered its land of 100 sq. yards to MCGM for widening of road and the society is going for redevelopment, the society had before the road setback 1000 sq. yards and 20 tenants with 450 sq. ft. flat area and after the road society is left with only 900 sq. yards. Can the society claim the benefit of road setback as 100+900x2.7=2700 sq. yards or else?
