I have a budget of 60-62 L all inclusive. Would you know if i can find a 2bhk / 1.5 bhk min area 780sqft. in Airoli / vashi / thane?

The only place where you would get house in your budget is Thane Ghodbunder road. Though quoted psf rates for Airoli, Thane and some parts of vashi are same the issue is the houses in Navi Mumbai have sizes of more than 1000 sq ft (on an avg.1100 sqft)
You can check out Highland Garden in Thane. Had seen a 1.5 bhk for around 65 L 4 months back. Or you will have to check around Hyper City on Ghodbunder Road. Lots of projects and resale flats available there
hi guys, have seem a couple of flats in newa garden and have liked them. As per my research they have stil not received CRZ clearance and the MMR committee has also suggested violation of EC for this project since it was constructed w/o those clearances and that they will make due considerations before providing any clearance or OC. The builder has still not received any OC. Do you think the clearances would be given to the builder? Does nyone have any experience or detailed knowledge abt this project? Good to invest or not?
It comes under CRZ. They are yet to get CRZ and Environment clearence though building is completed.
Hi Pratik. Do you have any latest update about this issue. According to my sources, the building has still not received OC because the CRZ clearance is still on hold. Although the banks are granting loans, is it safe to invest here. I am planning to buy an apartment which I am going to use. Please advise..
Hi New Garden Phase-2 construction has also begun and even LIC ,HDFC,ICICI are giving loans for this Project
Now my question is: Phase-1 is already not given OC and how are banks giving loan without verifying property history
Also has CRZ and EC clearance been acquired for Newa Garden Phase 2
can some one please explain so that a prospective buyer should not buy a house and then get in legal trouble
as this will be his hard earned money
