I went on checking the demand in the projects floated by local builders around Tata project. I am surprised that I can't get a flat of my choice floor event at the rate Rs. 2500 psf. !!!

What's the news on this forum... Has anyone got the possession of Shubh Gruh? I understand that the work is almost completed & they will start giving posession from Nov 2011 onwards. Please if anyone has got or started getting possession please let us know the bulding number - M17 etc ?

Tata Housing team is worst.

I was suppose to get posession last year still struggling to get positive answer.

As per todays call with them it will take more six months for posession.

The way Tata team has handle this project it is very shamefull.

I feel my money trapped in this project. They are more intersted in developing other near by poject inspite of this low budget project.

Quality of construction seem to be poor.

I have very very bad feedback against Tata housing team.

I have booked in New Haven. Was suppose to get possession in April, 2013 but when I visited the site was informed it will take six months more. I have not received any official communication yet.

I have invested in this project. I think the gestation period for the investment is long here. It will take a couple of years for the township to be fully functional. Once the township is fully functional with the mall, schools etc then appreciation can be expected.
