Hi,

I have booked a flat in this property.
Anybody who has taken a flat in the same project? Might be good to connect.

I have booked a 2bhk 1080 area in another project (Hari Heights) of the same builder?? what price u got?? I saw a sale agreement of a flat in Sky Oasis with the builder to calculate the stamp duty on my flat.

I booked for 4125 in feb' 2012. Anyone else booked in this same project in Sec-9 or any other peoject with same builder (Bhagwati, shanti, hari enterprises-all are sisters co's of 2 partners) please share??

I have booked in this month (Apr'2012), Sky Oasis project. I booked on increased the rate by approx Rs. 200.

How is this builder (construction-quality-wise, timely-possession-wise) ? Please share??
I was told by the builder that loading will be 33%. My flat area is 1130 sq.ft. but when i calculated manually carpet area + 33% loading... it's not matching with total flat area... How should i calculate loading.. etc ??

The rate u got is good since this project has better amenities.
I had chosen Hari Heights since its a purely residential building without amenities (and wanted that only) and most of the flats are facing play ground instead of road,shops or other buildings. Also since the project is 50% finished with the super-structure, they have started the plastering and finishing.
I saw a agreement for sky oasis (don;t know the area) since the agreements are done on carpet which is specified as built up on the agreement which read- total area around 69.0 sq m around 742 sq ft. the exact useable excluding the balcony, floor bed, dry balcony, area outside the flat which one can use for shoe rack was around 58.67 sq m. usually which is around 48-49% of the built-up that they charge. This is big malpractice happening in new mumbai, but thats what all builders are doing--small, big -all. Thats y even if the built-up the builders charge in navi mumbai are big-1000+,1100+, they are small flats excluding FB, Balcony & all.

About the quality of construction of builder, I saw 2 projects, one in kamothe & another ghansoli,,which is decently good--not very good & not bad.
Timely completion--I expect a possession by next year sep (another 1.5 years), so around 2.5 yrs from starting of the building.

Any one booked flat in Sky Oasis in the month of May, 2012 and at what rate. I am interested in booking a flat in this project.

I am also interested in booking a flat but builder is quoting 4400 rate (full cheque payment) please suggest if this rate is OK
