They have two sizes -- 2500 sft and 2300 sft jodi flats....2500 sft is being quoted at 14500 + floor rise. This makes the cost of arnd 3.75 cr for the 2500 sft plus car park (7.5 lacs each) and taxes (5%) and registration and SD. Overall, price is above 4 cr ++. Any thoughts?

I am given to understand 14000 to 14500. Jodi 4 bhks are at a premium. Given that thakur village has scarcity of tower apartments, most towers are commanding exorbitant rates esp if they are ready. Oberois is quoting 19000 ( can u imagine?) and challenger arnd 17000
there is an up-coming project in thakur village having 4 bhk configurations. Bare shell. currently quoted 12.5 + 100 rs floor rise. Possession in max 1.5 yrs.
Which one is this...Rahejas? If yes, the location is a bit outside and not sure if it is a standalone tower project. There is also gundecha project i was told was on the cards.
Further, i stay in this area so i can tell you that there is a serious issue with builders delivering within manageable schedule in this area. If they say 1.5 years, trust me you wont get possession for atleast 2.5 years. Hence, the premium that ready properties are commanding jn thakur village.
