I am not sure about this Vendor. But I can tell you that vendors are selling residential plots far away from city claiming big things...I suggest to stick for plots near Mihan(Sumthana, Khadka.) as both these two places are currently under NIT metro area development plans and shall surely have a social infrastruture before any of the far places..

I was also kinda of intrigues to check into this property but to be honest..I don't have much visibility on the MIHAN development..and it appears this project Aura -4 of Universe Infra is around 10 kms from MIHAN...will it make sense to do an investment of around 4 Lakhs in their plots...or should I look into some other better options close to MIHAN but NATP and with clear titles.. Please advise
If you like to invest for medium term (5-10year) better invest your money within city limits with clear title. Universe Infra plots are too far from city limit. mind that they are saying 10km and this could be as crow flies (i.e. by road it could easily be 15-18k.m.)
