Best 5 Investments in NOIDA

Folks,

Everyday we get bombarded with new properties getting launched, assured returns, pre-launches, etc. etc. Each one promising best returns on investment. In this continuous bombardment, would you want to give your own personal opinion on what are the top 3 investments for say 3 - 5 years horizon in Noida. While there can be lots of angles and dissections possible, to keep it simple, lets do it in 3 categories. Please include both commercial and residential. Do not separate the two. Investment in Plots, assured return schemes...everything is OK! You may suggest if its better to keep the money in bank. :-)

A) Below 50 Lacs

B) 50 Lacs to 2 CR

c) 2 Cr plus

That may be the worst case but No yojna is less than 4 yrs in Noida. Also for investor 1 yr delay does not matter if the returns are good

How do people see Wave City Center as investment. Its products are primarily Commercial and bit high ticket items. Also people have their doubts about Wave Group getting affected negatively due to change in government.

Assuming that does not hold true, what other product can be bigger and better? While a Silver tower GF showrooms in Sector 18 are selling for 45K, Wave One at 36 K, such showrooms in City Center are currently selling for 15K. This is just the start of the project. There will be phases and around 2 Crore sq ft is in the making. It is clear that this will be the larger commercial district on a single-most prime stretch of land in NCR.

From an investment appreciation potential, it can be excellent! No? Views?
