Please stop confusing people with such deflated rates. Though I agree that we should see some correction in prices in medium term, prices mentioned by you are way off the market.
I have recently sold my Preteek Laurel flat in 5000 AI and bought in Lotus Panache at about 5700 AI.
I have a small flat in Gaur Grandeur. It is up for possession. The rates being offered to me are ~5200 AI. Rajat, get me a flat in your quoted price by reputed builder in 11* sectors so that i can buy one.
