Few shameless brokers call me every afternoon begging me to sell my 2nd floor unit for 4230 to 4245 all inclusive. I bought this unit as end user and can't figure out how these brokers get my number. Some brokers I don't even know of who call me

Is ur unit Park facing or External facing?

Road Facing, I could have gotten park facing unit easily but I learned from past. Builders can make any changes to the layout as they wish legal or illegal doesn't matter. Ask people living in Crossing, I think people who bought park facing units hoping to see kids playing in park now see villas which I am told were not on the map when people booked. So, kissi bhi builder ka bharosa nahi hai so why pay exta park facing PLC and not even getting the park or refund of your PLC

Buying park facing unit is like playing a lottery now days.

Very good post vlord sir, I am going to purchase a flat for the first time in life and these property agents keep telling me to buy park facing flat to get big appreciation. Park facing, could be big hassle down the road so now I am comfortable making decision to get road facing flat. Thank you.

Agreed... Similarly my understanding is also that if you are on lower floors till 3-4 then park facing PLC is acceptable.. Above these floors one is wasting money giving park facing PLC.. From 10th floor or so what sense does park facing makes....

This topic has been really helpful and informative. I am really having a hard time finding a unit on 1st and 2nd floor . Are they really all sold out ?

I had a word with Gulshan people and according to them Sanction Plans have been approved on 27th August. They have send to some banks too. ( As I have applied for loan through PNBHFL , he told me for PNBHFL its is going on and with in 3-4 days it will be approved by them too.)

Also according to him excavation has been started by 29th August and next demand letter will be there soon by mid of september.

Go for road facing higher floors...

Park facing floors to me r useless...

No one knows what changes r made to the park and ultimately loosing money. Roads will always be there....
