Homes121 also picking up now 4250 psf

no offence to any one...but NE..gaur round about is 2 Km away from home 121... and Gaur city 1 is bang on round about..it also enjoy the same connectivity as 121....even better for NH-24...and as far as construction is considered GAUR is progressing fast in pace as 121 is .Some is saying 121 is giving possesion in 6-8 months....bhai kyo public ki jhuth bolte ho....my cousin have a flat there...and 1 cousin in Gaur city.....so i know both the projects very well....dikhawe pe na jayo apni akal ladao

I also have flat in home121 phase1. need ma aapp ho bhai sahab jab need khula to ek baar deka ka aa na.

Difference remain waali baat samajh nai aai. Are you talking about Noida and GN only or was that a generic comment. Coz I know lot of property in delhi which were much cheaper in the beginning but later zoomed much above the others.

Rate depends upon social and economic condition of the area, along with supply and demand. You never know how things come up in NE. Depending upon the development in NE, rates will vary. Same goes for sec 1xx in Noida.

The price difference between Greater Noida(Noida Ext) and Noida will remain the same in future also. Noida is big brother of Noida ext.

I find lot of people dreaming high appreciation, growth in greater noida extension...infact more appreciaton than Noida! Infact majority bought in NE due to super cheap pricing of below Rs 2000...majority are lower middle class who finally got an opportunity to get a home there...lto of people give this logic of i got huge flat at NE so whats the point of buying in noida....good argument. Its like saying i got a penthouse in noida at same price so why should i buy in Gurgaon ?

If Greater Noida extn appreciates more than Noida then all investors in Noida will look like fools....including me...

Bhagore bhai, well said but I think its individual builders with locations will going to make difference and appreciation depents on how we buyers take intrest on their projects.

Exactly same reason for which Vasundhara Enclave is highly priced compared to adjoining Noida......

If NE is Noida....then Homes 121 (Noida) is Delhi........
Public perception my dear ...it's public perception.

Why sector 62 is almost double priced compared to Indirapuram (just separated by a roda & that too NH) ??
