There is nothing availabe in shourya..

Only ONGC few options.. I guess it is with Net ambit only.. not much of idea about others..

Request members to guide in purchasing a property in Jaypee greens noida.

Budget is between 55-60 lakhs.
Looking for Fresh as my share can be max 10 lakhs and rest being financed. (thus resale options ruled out due to colour component).
Can hold it for 3-5 years or perhaps more.
Liked KPA but only getting Top floors in Fresh from Jaypee. BSP 3600 - less 3.5% discount + Other charges.
Can members suggest about cons and Pros (if any) for top floor in KPA. Understand it's very hard to sell top floors in resale.

Klassic ONGC (KNG) getting few options (1550) in 1/2 floors below top floor but didn't like it's location.

Also pl suggest any other options.

Sorry for late reply..

I would not suggest the top floors..be it Kalypso or KPA..
Try newly launched towers of KOSMOS or towers.. look for sellers with higher log in price.. so that the color component minimizes.. You need to consult with good brokers who are little resourceful.. Some one was refering to brokers of atta market. Please explore if they could be of your help..

Location of ONGC towers is ok but inventories available are of less use.. If u are ok with higher floors.. please explore this as well.

Your post has been really helpful in sorting the confusion as to whether to go for Top floors in Fresh. Now have dropped the idea of top floors.

If possible, can you please provide the names of some good brokers, as presently I am not based in Delhi NCR.

Hi, Thanks for nice words (Only motivation for me to be here..)

Spend some more time here.. become little shrude... and knowledgeble.. It is a decission which invlove money therefore you got to be carefull..

So far as good brokers are concerned.. there are many here... learn and start contributing to the forum.. you will come acorss lot many people ready to help you.. but keep your eyes wide open.. Nothing is going to get out of hand in 1 month of so..

I posted the same question in Kosmos thread as well ..

Asking for expert advise / suggestions.. I am getting a 1450 unit in Klassic shaurya at 3875 psf BSP in fresh ... extra charges remain the same .. how is the deal .. I know it not a steal deal but not getting anything better in fresh .. Should I go for it .. ?

ecstasy, why are you saying that it is not a steal deal? If this is available in fresh then it is already good. Are you concerned with the location? My POV the location is good close to expressway then kosmos. Let me know

Thanks PRPProperty.. I know the layouts are excellent for Shaurya.. location is good as well .. I am getting it on a higher floor with no discount .. rate is firm .. broker said book it soon or you will loose it .. i am skeptical about it !!

I am getting an option in ONGC, but I am sckeptical of the location of tower. Any body can throw some light on whats behind the walls and how good is the location of KNG 1/2/3. Also, any discounts over BSP of 3875?
