IC stands for Investor Clinic and u can call them firstly they will quote u 5500 but try to negotiate with them and in 10 to 15 days u will get offer for 5100 or nearabouts from them .
I would have given u the no. of my broker but i am negotiating with him and if he got another person who is interested then the price would go up.

yup got another offer for 5200 BSP for the 3rd floor.I want to buy 5 to 8th floor can not decide right now.If anyone can tell me any other project better then this for self use please share also price should be more or less same.
The thread seems to be gasping for air... looks like there aren't any buyers for espacia... I am from Mumbai and planning to shift to NCR... going through various websites I have narrowed down to 4 properties for end use... espacia being one of them... If I am not wrong current BSP should be close to 5800 psf.... I feel it's quite a catch considering the amenities stated in the ad's... can't understand why the rates are so low....
1. Sector 100 does not have locational advantage?
2. Possession is too far in the future?
3. Are there better apartments available at the Eway and at more competitive price?
or may be I am still in Mumbai rate mode where 5800 psf is a nominal rate for luxury apartments
