Yes, I noticed this in Tower 30 with June/July project updates.

So, is "1 floor" increase final ??
What about Tower 26 ? It was G + 30 earlier .

After top floor completion , ofcourse internal plaster , brick work ,flooring etc work will be in Progress then what else we can expect ???

bhai--top floor ke completion ke baad min 1 year maan ke chalo...finishing does take a lot of time...

as per past exp even building with 11,14 floor took more than a year, for building of 25 floors took almost 1.5 yr MINMUM.. this is as per 3C standard...

does park facing mean inside or outside facing ? Ph-1A has park facing on both sides.

Yes thats what I said , As possesion date of Tower 5 and 6 is on around April 2013 , So we can expect 3C to hand over the possesion by that time .

Or if I take max 1.5 Yrs from now , then by next year Diwali , We will be in 3C Flat celebrating Diwali

Bhai...der se sahi, bus decent quality flat mil jaaye..itna hi kaafi hai...

Any idea if someone in boulevard has asked for late possession penalty? Or builder has given same excuse - "Not our fault, inspection took time... blah blah blah..."

What do you think will happen for LP? They said 3 years+3 months for LP Island from date of purchase. Thinking of how are they calculating this based on when the flat was purchased? Did everyone purchase their flat on same date? Seems it is another stunt to save money for penalty even if 3C gets delayed.

Still, 3C's speed is better than others I think.

Seems like 3C is going the Supertech, Eldeco way (Chor builders)...

How did you come to know about it? Did you ask 3C?
Is it this by which 3c is saved still from SP sarkar?
I don't think 3C floated any extra inventory in market, if they've increased one floor in Islands.
