I am listing realistic rates mere dost NOT the rates brokers say when you go to buy. Broker ne to apna taanka lagana hota hai plus commission. So, list realistic current rates in resale for the projects you invested in so we all can have an idea when we talk with the brokers.

Sir, the brokers are not saying anything below 4600. Are you sure your rates are correct? Please give me number to good broker.

How can it be 4000 all inclusive. Fresh Booking - 3550+250 Plc (park/corner/floor)+90 lease rent , reaches 3890.
Then how come one get in 4000 i.e. only Rs.110/- premium??
