Senior Members please suggest, 3BHK/70L, which new project

After running in circles and not going anywhere need you suggestions...
  • Budget: 70L
  • Built Area:3BHK / 1500SF
  • FAR : Best in the area
  • Sector : 5 KM from 107
  • Builder: Good History, no controversy
  • New Launch/Resale : New
  • Finance: Self / CLP
  • Proj State: Construction about to start
  • Time frame : 3-4 year
  • Surrounding Area : Already built

U can opt for 3c in sector 89 gurgaon(best for investment, nice for living)

In this budget, I doubt if you could get any builder with no bad history. Unless, you pay lot more for some one like Tata, Godrej, it is difficult to get a dispute free builder.

Esentially you are looking onloy for new lauches. At this time, there is no new launch project from reputed builder so you dont' have no choice..

For you, today's ridge seems to be good fit in your criteria..as you don't need project before 3 years..you can also check in Sharnam..I am proposing these projects because these could be in yr budget..will deliver surely after 3 years..you can get near clp plan..good luck..

I would suggest,try for sector 107 only as it just in front of already inhabited sector 47 with a 100 feet wide road.If the budget goes overhead in new booking..you can always go for a resale deal.The location of sector 107/100 is amongst the best in EW region due to its dual connectivity from Dadri road and 4 km distance from existing metro stations.

Rates in sector 107..touching 4200-4500....you can try Amrapali Hanging Gardens,Sunworld Vanalika.

Rates in sector 137...touching 3700-4200...your first option should be Purvanchal...and then try for Paras,Logix...etc..there are 4 more projects in this region.

Try sector 168..3c zing, Paras seasons..where the rates are almost in the same category as 137.

Even sector 110 is good..3c Panache...rates around 4200-4300.

70L is huge budget.
Why is no one suggesting him jaypee WT especially now when they are promoting Kasa Isles & it filts his budget.

Brother, Suggesting JP is equivalent to an offence to few valued memebrs here. i had sugested JP projects to few memebrs.. Meri lal ho gayi..

You are right. Kasa Isles/Kingston buleward/Kingston park could be nice option for this budget.. delivery within 3 to 3.5 years of time (Again a speculation).

Pawan/Title,

Have you noticed one thing. Members who suggest Jaypee have Negative reputation (I am talking about Red which shows Reputation points). Even Including mine as well.
People not only criticize them but also rate them negative if anyone suggest Japyee.
I personally fee Japyee and 3C are the best option in Noida now. It will take around 6months-1year to change people’s perception due to previous delay in Jaypee’s projects.

I agree with you Alok. Jaypee seems to be the best to invest in at th present . I have been doings rounds of the expressway area for around 3 months now and Jaypee seems to be going full throttle in their construction.
