Hi, did you finalize any thing within 30lacs budget... i have also same requirement like you......

What is difference between unihomes1 and unihomes2 becoz unihomes2 we can get fresh booking for top floors as told by one agent.....

I suppose unihomes1 and 2 are phases1 and 2 of same society at same location???

Has anyone booked in unihomes 2 or not...when is the possession expected becoz i heard work has been stopped on its site ????

Sir , i am also looking for 3 bhk 1192 size, my frineds also booked at 3400 less agent discount, are the club membership can be waive off
