i have booking one 150 yards villa at Sector 78 Faridabad with Pal Group in Feb 2007. They shown us the papers of the land. but after 2 years of booking they told us that this land is not alloted to us so we are shifting the area from sector 78 to sector 89 faridabad. but we were interested only in sector 78. so we wnt there for the refund of our money. they told us that they will give post dated cheque of one year date. sir how we rely on them in that matter. till date they dont have remove even a stone from the land. sir i have given sum of Rs 350000/- as a booking amount. kindly suggest me that how i can process the matter and get back my money

I booked a unit in PAL CityPark, paid 6 pakhs, and PAL group allocated a unit to me.
After some months, they simply changed the site-plan and deleted the tower in which I was allotted the unit.
Hence now they are holding money for a unit they do not intend to build !!! And refuse to refund aswell. Case is going on in consumer court.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE BIGGEST FRAUDSTERS.

Complaint againt Pal builders
My husband and I ahd booked a flat in Pal Greens , sector 78 Faridabad in 2007 and . Payment was made by cheque for construction linked instalments and the possession was promised in 2010.
So far the project is not even 50% complete, and the builder gives us no assurance on that front.
We have put in an application for a refund of the money paid so far which amounts to 18000000( Rs 18 Lac’s). The builder says they will consider the application only after six months.
I fear the intentions of the builder.
Can you please suggest the way forward, to enable me to recover the money paid thus far? When builders charge penalty for any lapse in payment, should the same not apply to them when they rescind on a contract?
I would be very grateful for your personal reply.

Meenakshi. I am also one of the investor who has been cheated in Sec 78. I invested 25% in sec 78 in 2005 however they are now now returning the money nor are they contemplating on returning the invested. They are crooked people running PAL Groups. I have booked a flat in sec-89 faridabad with pal group, which has to be completed by this yr end and no work nothing has been done till now. The company has done a fraud with us(investor) and now they are not ready to refund my hard-earned money

Real estate firm directors arrested for project fraud
FARIDABAD/GURGAON: The state crime branch has arrested the directors of Pal Infrastructure and Developers Pvt Ltd on charges of fraud in their Faridabad project. The developer failed to deliver its project in the stipulated time frame and its refund cheques to the home buyers bounced due to non-availability of funds.
The two directors, Rajesh Kumar and Manav Chandra, were arrested on Monday and sent to police custody for interrogation.
"The developers had purchased five acres of land parcel in the Neherpaar area near Faridabad, from Triveni Group in 2006. The Pal Group further purchased %5.5 acres of land during %the same time," said Bijender Singh, Superintendent %of Police, state crime branch.
The builders started the construction work in 2006 without getting a licence clearance and collected cheques worth lakhs of rupees from the buyers. However, the project did not get completed within its promised time of three and a half years and the cheques which the developer had issued as refund money to the home buyers bounced due to insufficient funds.
"There have been several such complaints against Pal Infrastructure in the past, but in this particular case, the complaint was filed by a buyer from Delhi," said the SP. This is the first time that the officials of a private developer firm have been arrested following complaints from buyers and investors.
When the Gurgaon corporate office of Pal Infrastructure was contacted by TOI, one Vimal from the marketing team said that he was not aware of the case and abruptly disconnected the call.

I had booked a 3BHK with servant quarter flat initially in Pal Group's project in sector 78, Faridabad in the year 2006. Later the company informed that they are not building 3BHK+ SQ, hence, the booking was changed to 3BHK. Again, sometimes afterwards, they said that Sector 78 would take some time to take shape and hence we were shifted to 3BHK in sector 89, Faridabad. Initially, I was offered booking in K tower of Pal garden, sector 89, Faridabad. Later, they said that they K tower will take longer time and I was shifted to J tower. When the PAWA (Pal Allottees Welfare Association) was formed we were assured that now the construction would be in top gear, and it was assured that the project would be handed over in Sept. 2011, but after extracting sizable amount from me, the construction is stand still now for the past one year. Yet, the Company raised a demand of another instalment on the pretext of enhanced EDC which had been raised by Haryana Government. According to the DTCP, Haryana website, the license of the Company already stands expired on 01.07.2010. Yet, the Company collected instalments from the flat buyers after that. I had written to Pal Infrastructure & developers Pvt. Ltd. for certain clarifications and to provide me with a copy each of all Govt. approvals, sanctions, copy of title deeds and EDC as demanded by Haryana Govt. but they have not replied. Though, PAWA used to call General Body Meetings to collect the instalments from the flat buyers on Company's behalf, now, even PAWA is not ready to reply to my mails and all the time, PAWA is speaking the language of builder. I am apprehensive that PAWA is creation of Pal Group only, only to extract more amount from the flat buyers. I also requested for refund which has been refused.
At the instance of PAWA, I had made so much payment which otherwise could have been avoided.
I hope good sense will prevail upon the officials of the company and PAWA and they will refund my entire amount with up to date interest.
I would request all those who want to recover their hard earned money to join me to fight collectively.
