thr r still 19 odd 2BHKs available at Nandadeep rate 4100/-
hv no idea abt navdeep...but pls visit these sites..both are close to each other
Windwards (wakad) is between these 2 projects

Guys with budget of around 45 lacs,

Have you seen resale in Kunal Icon, Dwarkadeesh in P.S ?
These are 10 year old societies in P.S. I think these places are not bad.

There were couple of ads in todays Times for around 48 lacs in these societies.
Has anybody checked these societies for resale ?

you can check out Tathawade, the area behind ginger hotel has flats in range of 45L.......

Well I am looking for a flat in these areas since last two years without any luck!!!

Each project cost keep increasing at the rate of rs 100 per month or may be more and every project is out of budget for ever.

I heard from net that Bavadhan is an area where there is a possibility to get 2BHK in 45 L . Can someone please advise, if have hunted that area?

You need to decide whether you are looking at only new flats or OK with resale.

When you start looking at resale flats in an area which are 5-6 years old, a whole new dimension opens up.

There are pros and cons with resale. I would say there are more advantages in buying resale than book a new apartment in the current R.E scenario. But thats just me. There is plenty of info on resale versus new bookings in this forum already.

Have a look and make up your mind.

My friend is staying in bavdhan in 2bhk in prestine project...area is arnd 900..u may get 2bhk in arnd 50L...my flat area is of 1400..u wont get in 50L...u need to decide on flat area also along with ur budjet

yeah i am looking at flat area around 950-1000 sqst (new proj.)
