I heard it is 12 km from Chandni chowk. And rate is 1000+ psf. If he has enough money & is not planning to actually live there in next few years, probably is a good choice. Or - may be a good investment choice.

Today - the area is not really well developed & is too far.

If you have heard of crooked builders from Pune, Aditya builder probably tops the list . I would go with them only for plots, not for any ready bungalow or a flat. I would just buy a plot from him & construct a home of my choice with my money. Or- I would just sell the plot after some time to gain monetary profits. That is what my first post says. Go for investment today - or living after few years. Living there today is not worth the price.

Umchav,

I was told that the is project is sold out and there are no more plots available for sale. Phase 2 is also sold out. Did you talk to the sales guys about availability? Or are you planning to buy a resale here?

Even in case of plots, I have seen cases where the builder actually gave them plot in different location than as promised, just put some internal roads, amenities & that's the end. Many don't even construct things like sewage, water, lights etc. If plots, buy only f_ree-hold.

Plots are on hilly areas, the developer is absolutely crooked and u need strong legal advisor to make sure all is correctly done. few folks who attempted to deal with them found them arrogant and legally very fishy
